Did you know that the U.S. Government could be holding a mortgage insurance refund with your name on it. If such a case may exist for you, the money's not gaining any interest. If you’re interested, I can help you recover the money.
My name is Richard Ghee, and I’m in the business of helping people recover their money from HUD and FHA. As a business I charge a processing fee of 20% to 30% of your claim’s value.
This covers my costs and the time involved to recover the money for you.
This charge is not applicable until you receive your check from the government.
You’re probably asking yourself “why would you be due a refund”?
At the time, you had to have had a loan on your property and you were required to purchase mortgage insurance in the amount of ½ percent or ½ point on the money borrowed for the duration of the loan. When you paid off the loan early the unused insurance premium became due back to you.
Why didn’t you get your refund when you paid off/refinanced your loan?
At the time you paid off your loan, documentation should have been submitted to the government.Unfortunately, sometimes this documentation doesn’t always get to the right department, so the government sends a letter to try and contact you. But if you moved, that letter often gets lost, and then falls into the cracks of the system in limbo.
My services include: locating the recipient, processing the paperwork, ongoing fax or mail communication with the government offices involved on your behalf, filing the necessary documents and having your government check refund to you within 6 weeks of the date your completed paperwork is received at my office. There will be no further charge to you in the event my costs exceed this quoted amount.
You can hire me to help recover your money by acting as your agent. I encourage you to email me with any questions you may have.
